The master instruments are copied from fine historical instruments. Instruments are of superior quality, handcrafted with special varnish in the old tradition. They are made from exquisite tone wood and are exclusively handcrafted by the master, giving each instrument its own
Professionally hand-rubbed antique oil varnish covers highly seasoned fine figure European vertical grain spruce top, highly seasoned flamed figured maple back and sides, European figured flamed maple neck and scroll. The Model 123S (Special) with superior varnish has improving performance and sound refinement. Ideal for the budding performer, assembled with highly seasoned ebony fittings and setup with a high-quality German bridge, quality Wittner tailpiece built-in adjusters. The violin is strung up with quality European strings offering dynamic range, intense and brilliant coloration, and quick response. It represents great value without compromise. Professionally set up and ready to play.

Gramercy Music curates and lists only the most established makers. We take pride in all the instruments we bring in because of their fine workmanship. You are entitled to a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects (T&Cs apply).

Warranty Exceptions
Our team will make all the necessary checks to confirm your instrument's integrity. Once verified, we will contact you to make the necessary fixtures.
Our warranty exceptions include wear from normal use, improper string gauge usage, and damage that results from abuse, neglect, accident, or from exposure of instruments to extreme temperature or humidity conditions.
- Setup, action and tonality of the instrument is also a matter of personal preference, and is not covered by warranty
- Settling of the finish is considered "normal" and is not covered by warranty
- Unauthorised repairs or alterations will also void this warranty
- Hardware not manufactured by Gramercy Music is warranted by the original manufacturer
- Shipping and insurance charges to and from the authorised repair facility will be borne by the customer
We encourage you to take up insurance, as shipping damages will not be our responsibility.
How to claim your warranty and/or get your instrument repaired:
- Email us your purchase receipt alongside an explanation of the issue and photos of your instrument to our email at info@gramercy.com.sg . Please kindly title the email "Instrument Repairs & Warranty".
- Our technical / luthier will inspect the instrument and reply to you within 3 working days. You will have to bring or ship your instrument to our premises at:
