Eric began his craftsman's apprenticeship with a solid 5-year training period in Italy, mainly devoted to making instruments, under the expert guidance of Renato Scrollavezza.

After working with Guy Tinel in Paris, Eric established his own workshop and has been serving musicians for over 30 years.

In recognition of his exceptional knowledge and skill, Eric was honored with the prestigious "Living Heritage Company" award in 2011.
