The Pierre Guillaume Violin Sakura Bow Gold Mounted is a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of one of the best modern French and American bow makers, Pierre Guillaume. With a deep understanding of the art form, Guillaume learned his craft from esteemed masters such as Bazin, Morizot, and Ouchard, inheriting techniques that span several centuries.
Drawing inspiration from the traditional French bow making technique, Guillaume has developed his own unique style. Each bow is meticulously crafted with a combination of precision and traditional French techniques, featuring a gold-mounted frog that adds an exquisite touch. The frog is crafted from a choice of materials, including silver, ebony, or nickel.
The name Guillaume has become synonymous with unwavering commitment to excellence in bow-making, recognized for producing bows of unparalleled quality. His authoritative appraisals of old bows further solidify his reputation as a trusted expert in the field.
Located in Brussels, Belgium, Guillaume's workshop, Maison Bernard, attracts renowned soloists such as Joshua Bell, Igor Oistrakh, Yuzuko Horigome, Henrich Schiff, Mischa Maiky, as well as musicians from some of Europe's largest orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic, the London Symphony, and the Berlin Philharmonic.
Experience the artistry and expertise of the Pierre Guillaume Violin Sakura Bow Gold Mounted, and elevate your violin playing to new heights.
