The Stefano Marzi Cello 2017 Mod. Domenico Montagnana is a remarkable instrument crafted by the skilled luthier Stefano Marzi. With a background in woodworking and a deep passion for music, Marzi embarked on a journey to create exquisite violins, violas, and cellos. Inspired by renowned violin makers and armed with knowledge of the Bisiach family varnish, Marzi honed his construction techniques to produce instruments of exceptional quality.

The Stefano Marzi Cello 2017 Mod. Domenico Montagnana draws influence from the renowned Domenico Montagnana models from Firenze, Italy. Using carefully selected Balkan maple and local maple for the back, and personally chosen spruce from the Paneveggio forest for the soundboard, Marzi ensures the highest quality materials for optimal sound production. The cello exhibits craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a rich, resonant tone, making it a remarkable instrument for professional cellists.

Gramercy Music curates and lists only the most established makers. We take pride in all the instruments we bring in because of their fine workmanship. You are entitled to a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects (T&Cs apply).

Warranty Exceptions

Our team will make all the necessary checks to confirm your instrument's integrity. Once verified, we will contact you to make the necessary fixtures.

Our warranty exceptions include wear from normal use, improper string gauge usage, and damage that results from abuse, neglect, accident, or from exposure of instruments to extreme temperature or humidity conditions.

• Setup, action and tonality of the instrument is also a matter of personal preference, and is not covered by warranty
• Settling of the finish is considered "normal" and is not covered by warranty
• Unauthorised repairs or alterations will also void this warranty
• Hardware not manufactured by Gramercy Music is warranted by the original manufacturer
• Shipping and insurance charges to and from the authorised repair facility will be borne by the customer

We encourage you to take up insurance, as shipping damages will not be our responsibility. 

How to claim your warranty and/or get your instrument repaired:

1. Email us your purchase receipt alongside an explanation of the issue and photos of your instrument to our email at info@gramercy.com.sg . Please kindly title the email "Instrument Repairs & Warranty".
2. Our technical / luthier will inspect the instrument and reply to you within 3 working days. You will have to bring or ship your instrument to our premises at:
